V6 Galaxy Thermostat

i have owned our mk1 v6 galaxy for 6 yrs and in all that time the engine temperature has struggled to even get into the normall running temperature zone !!! .

 

anyhow tiss time i fixed it and where is it and any tips on fitting a new one please

I believe there is a tutorial on this somewhere in FAQ's with pretty pictures.

 

It's not easy to do as there is little or no space to work comfortably.

i ordered a kit of parts for just over a tenner from the local motor factors and will be doing the job next weekend ;)
