Hi,

Need some help.I have a Galaxy Auto 2.8 v6 2001. recenly I am problems with my battery which I am going to change soon.today I jump started my car and now the indicator and central locking on my key are not working. could it be fuse issue or something else?

just to add all the internal lights, radio, heated seats, windscreen heater are not working. is there a 1 fuse to fix this.any info is urgently needed as its the only car i have i can't drive it at the moment

Why don't you check the fuses, they're labeled clearly on the legend inside the fusebox lid and you can easily see if one has blown because the metal fusible link will be missing!

 

Edit: You MUST replace your battery with a good quality new one of the correct rating or you'll have nothing but trouble, if you skimp now you're gonna really regret it.

I have a mate with a '99 2.3 Galaxy with the same faults. we have checked all fuses and connections we could find. still at a loss. is there any other ideas?
