gregers Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 davvy, the most likely problem you are encountering is because you are a newbe you havnt made enough posts to allow you to see everything, make a few more(iirc its 5)then the restrictions should be lifted.hth. Quote

splodge Posted January 3, 2009 Report Posted January 3, 2009 I have an auxilary heater problem, but not the usual glow plug problem I wish ! Is it right that I cannot just post a question on the subject asking for help with first getting my posts up ? Thanks in advance Quote
gregers Posted January 3, 2009 Report Posted January 3, 2009 if you read up in the guidelines for trainee members a lot of your questions will be answered.this is found in the trainee member help.http://www.fordgalaxy.org.uk/ford/index.php?showtopic=11992 Quote

SGB Posted January 25, 2009 Report Posted January 25, 2009 Hi. I too cannot open the links because of the reasons discussed. However it is such a great site I have been able to: 1. Fix the rear wash supply pipe in front footwell.2. Fix the auxilary heater glow plug.3. Fix the jerky rear wipe.4. Replace all the disc brakes.5. Reset the service light.6. Realise why the parking sensors no longer work (Wet module under seat)7. Identify how to change the rear springs (Ordered off e-bay to be fitted next week) If all this can be achieved without full access, roll on full access............................. Quote
KSP Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 thanks for the info Hopefully being able to view attachments may help give me the incentive to create some for some of the work I have done on my Galaxy Quote
KSP Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 At the risk of getting my posts deleted (or banned) the alternative workaround for newbie 3 post "catch 22" is in the "trainee Guidelines" linked to above by gregers, where a trainee has yet to submit three non junk posts. Viewing Images You will not be able to see images in threads yet either - if you click on 'options' on the top right of a topic and select 'download topic', html, open - you will be able to see the images (if they are JPG not BMP format).
