Ivor_E_Tower Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 Who fixed it, with what and how? What happens when you try to "deselect" sport mode? Warning bleeps, lights or absolutely nothing? Quote
sepulchrave Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 I assume yours is an automatic, if so then the linkage from the throttle to the gearbox has not been adjusted correctly when they replaced the throttle cable. Take it back and tell 'em to sort it out! Quote
the_borg Posted January 1, 2009 Author Report Posted January 1, 2009 It was fixed with a new cable supplied by ford Local garage fitted it I don't know how to deselect sport mode, I thought you justdidn't put your foot down hard when accellerating?? Cheers Quote
