Brake Problem I Think

hi all its been awhile since my last post this one is a weird one im not sure what it could be and nor are ford them selfs, ok here goes if i brake suddenly i get a red brake light on dash flashing and an audial bleep 4 or 5 times then goes away was told it could be brake fluid low but checked and is fine ford say they dont know why the beeps are there aswell as the light hopefully one of you peps will have a quick answer im going to plug into my laptop today see if any faults come up will addd more if as i get it many thanks for looking

You say that you've checked the fluid level but is at the maximum or minimum level? If it's at minimum the fluid in the master cylinder will reduce further under heavy braking, perhaps enough to trigger the low fluid warning. (I guess the beeps are just there in addition to the light to alert you to a potentially dangerous fault).

 

Are the brakes working OK besides or is the brake pedal a bit spongy? If there's air in the system the fluid level could drop even further under heavy braking, even though it looks full with the vehicle stopped.
