NeilK Posted November 3, 2008 Report Posted November 3, 2008 Just suffered a complete clutch failure (on 25th October), had the AA tow the car to the dealer and discovered that the warranty expired on the 19th October! My Galaxy is a 55 plate 1.8 diesel. It has done 38,000 miles and has been fully dealer serviced. We bought it when it was just under a year old. It had been a "demonstrator" at another dealer. jkspoff Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 Ford will possibly pay out for this, maybe even in full, you need to contact Ford UK customer services, I've had them pay out a few years ago after a fault when the warranty had just run out. Telephone: 0845 841 1111 Or by post at:Ford Customer Relationship CentrePO Box 4430CoventryCV3 9BH Quote
