Outside Temperature Sensor Location

Hi, can anybody tell where a would find the outside temperature sensor? I know is somewhere on the bumper , but so far have had no luck..

It's getting cold and my booster heater will not kick in as vagcom says the temp sensor is shorted.

The temperature sensor for the booster heater is near the wiper motor, not the front bumper.

i think the outside temperature sensor is on the bumper same side as the screen wash bottle if you look under the bumper you,l c the lead

That's the one for the outside temperature display, not for booster heater control.
