Indicator Problems

Hi All

I know i sent an email ref my mk1 2.3 petrol galaxy a few days ago ref fuse 3 blowing and indicators not working. i have tried my parking lights and ythey do appear to work fine, what bothers me is in the operators manual they say fuse 3 which is 5 amp is number plate lights but they work fine, and in the haynes book of fairy tales it says fuse 3 is for ABS module.

All seem to work any other ideas!!!

For the fusebox there is normally a fuse layout picture on the cover of the fusebox which is more accurate than the manual as they seem to keep changing the layouts and the manuals do not always reflect this, but the one in the box usually does.
