Ford Galaxy Tdi 110bhp Don't Start. Help Please

hi. My galaxy tdi 110bhp from 2000 don't want to start. Let me try to explain, I have tried to start the car but the glow plugs light on dash board was not coming on. Result: not start! the starter turned but no starting. Ok. I have tried for 2 or 3 times and then not even the starter was turning. Now When I turn the key to on, no glow plug light on dashboard but also no starter. The starter don't turn. Can anyone give advice. Thanks. Jorge

Batterie ok. Even i have add some leads to my batterie and same result, starter not cracking. Can be glow plugs relay? why the glow plug light don't came on (glow plugs faulty?). what is the advice? Change glow plugs or glow plugs relay or both? Can be the powertrain module control? Thanks

do you get any clicking at all when you try starting the car

hi. the only click came from the gearbox selector. when turn the key and press the brake i get click on gearbox selector and nothing more. but like i said i manage to get starter for 2 times, but because the car was cold and the glow plug light didn't came on the starter was cranking but not starting the engine. hope this help. thanks.Jorge
