What Tyres For Galaxy Mk2 ?

I bought this car with 195/60R16 tyres, but i found on website, that should be 215/55R16 when 130hp.

195/60R16 up to 107hp, optional 205/55R16.

I`ve got 16", 6 1/2" rims.

So 215/55R16 will be ok for those rims?

I use the kumho - wear better than dunlop 2020 can't say If I've noticed much difference in handling but I try and drive sedately anyway - some say there is more road noise, again cant say

 

btw - they are xl tyres (marked on tyre)

there will be a sticker on the car, either a pillar or pertol cap that will ghive the different tyre sizes that i THINK can go on your gal.

I've got the 130, sticker is on the driver door pillar. I'm using Bridgestone's Exedra, 215//55/16 97w, pricey but really pleased so far!!

It will need more petrol on new tyres, I think. What different it may be?

If tyres are reinforced, then they ok for gal?

tyres must be reinforced or extra load, anything else and you risk invalidating your insurance in the event of an accident

be sure that the j fitting is wide enough too take the wider tyre or you'll have too much roll from tyres . and u will get very poor handeling.
