big_kev Posted July 23, 2008 Report Posted July 23, 2008 You should be able to copy them directly to a blank cd using Nero or similar .....loads out there even windows media player can do it... make sure you use data-cd and not audio-cd. Also make sure that you close the cd after burning otherwise it can only be read by another cd-writer not a cd-player. Are they definitley mp3 files ? Quote

Mirez Posted July 23, 2008 Report Posted July 23, 2008 From the Smart Start menu of Nero pick "Jukebox CD" and then add them to that. Quote
bj2004 Posted July 23, 2008 Report Posted July 23, 2008 does your cd player deffinatley play mp3s or does it just have a cable for connecting to an mp3 player what model is it ? Quote

bj2004 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Posted July 24, 2008 look in the glove box for a connector you need a lead to go to your ipod/mp3 player Quote
big_kev Posted July 24, 2008 Report Posted July 24, 2008 good point mate its a vw radio rcd 200 so perhaps it only plays mp3 thru some attatchment If it has mp3 written on it above the cd slot then it will play mps cd's.Advise to recheck either your mp3 files or your method of burning cd's. If not then it wont play mp3's. Quote
Goofygolfer Posted July 24, 2008 Author Report Posted July 24, 2008 I dont think there will be anything there. As the radio is not OE,there should have been satnav installed but previous owner took this out and stuck the radio in to fill the hole.ah well will have to use normal cds for now thanks for all the help and advice peeps.
