Don't forget, more weight, more fuel used, so in these times when fuel is so expensive we should be reducing the amount of things in the car, I took out a seat the other day, that must save a few quid as they are so heavy !

mm..very true, id already taken a seat out so only 4 in the back instead of 5.

So what else could be taken out/off /modified to help save fuel?

Go commando ;)

Oh no the extra wind drag would increase fuel consumption :)

:) :)

me I carry a mobile phone (x 5 at times) a rescue service card, a tow rope (for others) a spare bulb/fuse kit, a couple of pair of rigger gloves and a few surgical gloves for use when changing a wheel and thats it! what else do you need? and why? if you start to carry all the tools and parts to do road side repairs then you shouldnt have left home in the first place but stayed their and fixed the heap before you set out

Now that's a good idea MK2VR6........Surgical Gloves......

I'II buy some from Wilkis and put it next to the spare wheel - in a muddy country lane, how else are you going to get your hands clean!

well, if you had the lady in mk2s sig, then just slip yer hands inbetween the bouncing orbs and the friction will soon get all that mud off.LOL.
