Bobski Posted June 25, 2008 Author Report Posted June 25, 2008 It does say in the owners manual that if you want to disable the central locking system you have to contact your ford dealer. Is there a way disable/enable the central locking?? I was mucking about with the drivers door lock for a while and might of disabled it all. Quote
Bobski Posted June 26, 2008 Author Report Posted June 26, 2008 (edited) Problem solved :32: After taking out the drivers door wiring loom connector and inspecting the wiring (sod of a job to put back together) and finding all was well ,I noticed a 25 amp fuse sitting in the drivers footwell................ :) This turned out to be fuse 27 (Power Supply on-board electronics/interior lights.) put this back in and put everything back together and SUCCESS!! I now like to take this opportunity to apologize to my wife ,kids ,cat and tropical fish who were all as I thought ''SUSPECTS'' in this case. I am a DONKEY!! The fuse was accidentally pulled out when trying to remove the extremely tight fuse box cover.
