Forum Very Slow

Has this forum become very slow over the last few weeks.

 

Keep getting the error

 

"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in d:\home\gteuk\citroenpicasso.org.uk\htdocs\ford\cache\skin_cache\cacheid_9\skin_global.php on line 10" :D

 

Appearing several times during a session.

 

Anyone aware of any problems .......or is it just me :)
