j0nesy Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 is it possible to fit a trip computer if you dont have one if you can how hard is it Quote
NikpV Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 IIRC the trip computer etc is already fitted to the zetec - it needs enabling (had our instrument cluster replaced and when picking the car up we didnt have the trip computer - took it back and they enabled it in 10 mins - master tech said its present on all clusters) Quote
j0nesy Posted June 9, 2008 Author Report Posted June 9, 2008 i dont have the button on the stalk does that mean i would just have to get the right stalk and get it enabled then i would have the mpg and temp readings Quote
NikpV Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 I would assume so - didn't think of that ;) Quote

Zetecs are usually fitted with baseline clusters so you'd have to change that plus buy and fit the stalk. Not cheap!Check this - http://www.fordgalaxy.org.uk/ford/index.ph...st&p=116823 Quote
