Old Body Trim Tape Removal

Hi Guys n Gals

Has anyone got a quick way of removing old Body trim tape from door trims. Need to stick it back on but can't get the old double sided tape off.

try a hot air gun or hairdryer but dont get too close. ive used this in the past with great success, any remaining glue can be wiped off using wd40 or if its stubbirn you can buy something called sticky stuff remover form hardware type shops, this is fabulous stuff but around

i have found that a rubber wheel atachment for a drill is best try a harware shop i called them a cramel wheel but not sure of the real name it takes about 2 mins just take it nice n easy
