John Millis Posted May 21, 2008 Report Posted May 21, 2008 I have just purchased an 03 1.9 Tdi Ghia for towing and have found the suspension seems to be soft and bouncy even when maintaining the 80 kg nose weight. Has anybody tried spring assister's to stiffen up the rear suspension? If what did you fit Quote

If what did you fit Try Sutton Auto Factors (near to you) for uprated springs KFLEX are good and shocks - if that then isnt firm enough try --- http://www.towsure.com/category/6462-Coil_Spring_Assistors I had a Vectra that was soft when towing and these are the mods i did on that springs and shocks direct from a Factors like this cost me about Quote
