Engine Stalling When Idling/moving Slowly

By reading the forums the most likely answer to this is to clean the idle valve.

Please can someone point me in the right direction of where this is and how to do it. I dont fancy paying ford

It will be on the Throtle body, where the airbox connects to the engine, you should see a throtle cable. I think yours is like my 2.3 engine, the inlet is at the back of the engine. May need a mirror so see exactly where it is.
