Just purchased 01 1.9tdi 115 ps from Boland cars waterford ireland

large company with a number of dealerships ford saab volvo nissan etc.

any way.

 

after driving 3.5 hrs to get car traded in saab"my baby".on way home got to motor way speeds car lost power.Wouldnt go over 2000 revs droped down gears still no joy.Drove car to nearst ford dealer.Turned of egnition,mec got in drove car no prob .Guess who felt lika a twa*.Three kids wife etc.Back on to motorway 68 mph gone again.Eventualy got home rang local ford dealer Griffaths mullingar.Servicemanager willie told me to bring it in at 14:00 next day mec spent 3.5 hrs with me in car hold ing dig computer feplaced maf sencer still fault.Went to vw garage to check results same . Test found turbo boost pressure exceded.

 

Car being transported back to waterford by bolands to fix same plus dig check found other probs which should have been found in pdi check.
