hi

my gal goes in tomorrow for fixing after going into limp home mode vag-com tells me code 1557 boost presure control positive deviation

am quite sure they will try to fob me off as its nearly out of warranty any sugestions as to how i explain the fault to them and what needs fixing as ive said befor this only happens when i accelerate hard within first few miles from cold and is fine once ive restarted it

i can see they might be a bit Pi**ed at me "having the cheek to run a diagnostics on it "

any suggestions welcome

thanks

So just drop it off there, get courtesy car and refuse to collect it until all faults are completely rectified under warranty.

Watch 'em sort it superfast!
