Intermitant Cut Out/fail To Start Vag-com 311-2

help !! i have a R reg 2.3 galaxy which has developed a problem can someone tell me if it is possible to sort the problem with vag-com. the problem is intermitant when you start the car i sometimes i get a clicking noise from behind the steering wheel and the car fails to start then it will usualy stare on the 3rd or 4th attempt

when the car starts there is no clicking also the immobilizer light flashes like a bugger

Hi, sounds like a relay problem to me,try a search for sticking relays i`m sure its on here somewhere.

VAG-COM only helps with the VW manufactured engines such as TDI. Not sure it will help with your Ford engine.
