marcr Posted February 17, 2008 Report Posted February 17, 2008 Hi all,Today i managed to repair the reversing lights on my sharan. Thanks to searching the forum i knew where to look and saw that the wiring was broken at the top right of the tailgate.Job done and reversing/fog lights all working. My question is...........while first checking the fuses in the car i noticed that they're labelled differently to the owner's manual. For example, in the manual fuse 13 is the horn but in the car it is actually fuse 6. Why are they different? Doesn't the manual cover the 2.8? Is it possible for someone to post the correct fuse listings that correspond with my car. i would appreciate it. I notice that other people have similar problems with identifying which fuse does what. Quote
mumof4 Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 the fuse boxes never seem to correlate ( ooo...good word that!!) with what is in the manual most of the time.so it can be hit and miss. Quote
marcr Posted February 18, 2008 Author Report Posted February 18, 2008 So it would seem but does anyone have accurate listings or should i just hope that i never have to go there.Any help would be appreciated. Would a tsi(?) disc i see mentioned cover the fuses and wiring sufficiently. Could i get one on ebay? Quote
