im a happy bunny,my gal passed its mot today emissions were well below max limit so the cars running ok,only advisories were a couple of tyres getting near the limit,so its a big sigh of relief.

well it was that time of year again,

and she passed with 3 advisories.

 

slight movement in the mcpheason struts,er yeah you had the bloody car jacked up ,so of course there will be.

 

front brake pipes slight corrosion.

 

and near side rear tyre getting close to the limit.

 

still happy days :wacko:

congrats on pass ,but i never get slight corrosion ! surly the pipes have had it or haven't ! vagueness should not be part of an mot especially where brakes are concerned .

 

I think brakes are one area on the mot where the uk needs to change restriction's.

yeah i did question this cyborg and they said dont worry,

so i replyed why put it down as an advisory then if i dont have to worry.

 

i think they were being a bit crittical,i know its there job,

but maybe like the supposed play in the front suspension i:e nothing to worry about.
