Dunno bout vast knowledge Scorch but here gos;

Snow flake ...... possibly the frost warning .... usually comes onwhen the outside air temp drops below 4 degrees

cog with an a in the middle ....... not to sure but I think that's the alternator workshop warning when there's a battery charging issue.

ECON is when the air con is turned off and basically acts like a standard heating system without the air con compressor working. You'll tend to find in this mode that the windows won't demist as quick during the winter as the air con dryer removes any moisture. IIRC you have to have to select the fan speeds manually to zero to switch them off.

Hi, there are seven warning lights above the trip computer and from left to right starting at the top they are - temperature warning light, brake pad wear warning light and low fuel level and the four along the bottom are oil pressure warning light, doors open warning light, low washer fluid waring and bulb failure warning.

Hi

Thanks for the info, but the blower still goes on like a bandit when i have turned the control to off.

The only way to stop it is the pull the little red connecter out of the blower itself.

That seems to do the trick but its a pain in the wotsits when you need it back on.

Cheers peeps

Hi Scorch21, as far as I am aware if you manually reduce the fan speed to zero then press and hold the fan speed reduce button again and hold it for a second or two it should switch the complete unit off and "OFF" with show in the display - at this stage there shouldn't be any fans running.

Hey,

Tried to turn the blower off by holding switch down, but still the blower blows.

So i think its time to check the wiring out tomorrow and see if the wires are ok.

Any other info on this is appreiciated.

Cheers Scorch
