paulh Posted January 24, 2008 Report Posted January 24, 2008 Just had to replace a couple of bulbs, and as it looks like a nightmare job unless you have hands the size of a three year olds, thought I would post how I did it. Its easier to just take the whole lamp assembly out.You will need a star tool and an extension bar.Start by removing the four star bolts on top of the grill. Look at the inside edge of the lamp, there is a recess cut into it to allow access to the lower retaining bolt. Loosen this off a few turns, don't take it right out as it will be a pig to get back in.Remove the two upper retaining bolts.Headlight will now come out with a bit of jigging, refitting is just the reverse of removal, just make sure the lower mounting bracket goes under the bolt/washer.
