Revs Drop, Car Stalls

I have a problem with my 96 Galaxy 2.0 Petrol. if I start the car (from cold) and then I move the steering wheel the reviews drop off immediately and car stalls. Also if I rev the car on releasing the pedal the revs immediately drop to 0 then jump back to around 800-1000rpm.

 

If I wait until the engine has warm the it doesn't happen.

 

Any Ideas on what the problem is?
