Nope. There are loads of black Galaxys floating about...

Sorry if I mess this up but this is my first reply.

I have the list of model, date made, Location, etc.

Look on your VIN plate, if the box second from bottom left shows a "K" then the colour is "Solid Black" from the standard product range. Provide VIN for full report.

Regards

I want mine back..but it aint gonna happen...so suck it up hunny and move on..

You know, what amazes me is that car companies have all these wang fangled colours for cars..i mean..ink blue, royal blue, state blue etc..

but i dont get how you can have 2 blacks? the blues you can see the different shades, but you can only get one shade of black.add any other colour to it and its no longer black but a lighter colour. i suppose you can have black and metallic black..but you cant get blacker than black can you?

charcoal is not black its blacky grey,Graphite is grey and ebony is black. but black is still black.you put ebony and black together..what do you have? two black colours! so you have..ebony, panther, solid, all bloomin black? its just black you cant get any different shades of black than black as you cant make it darker, only lighter and when its lighter its no longer black but grey.

I thought the Panther Black was a limited edition? It is my favorite colour for the Gal.

Wow, all this over a colour.

Although I agree that although there is only one black. It could be Matt, Gloss, Hi-Gloss, Metallic, Pearlescent or any other name that sounds more interesting.

In my reply I was attempting to provide info regarding the possible 'Limited Edition' status. The colour range for MK2's states 'Solid Black' and is not 'Limited'.

I like this it is fun.

But MKIIs also came in Panther black yes? i know a couple of members on here had black that was Panther black? yesss..granted, gloss, matt, metallic etcc....but they all still black and with all the black cars on the road i cant see how any car builder thingy can call any black limited edition

i mean..storm black..its black.panther black.its black...yeah i know they make it all weired and wonderful names to sell the different colours..
