hi, have just bought galaxy ghia with factory fitted dvd player, screens in both headrests. picture o.k., but sound only through headphone sockets. is this correct, or should every one in the car be able to hear it? also radio says "phone" and the only way to get the radio/cd player working is to hold buttons 5and 6 in for a few seconds ( the radio is a 6000) then a peculiar number comes up on the readout and full volume works o.k. after that. nothing in the hand book about it, so can you help please.

thanks, alf.

The sound only works via the headphone sockets on my car, if anyone knows any different please let us know

As for the radio not sure, has the car got the remainder of a hands free kit fitted? Mine had loads of extra cabling plugged in behind the radio.

Your right that the sound only comes through the headphone sockets, but fit an FM transmitter to this, tune in your radio and there you go. Sound through all of your speakers. It's great !!
