Clock And Heater Panel How Do I Get It Out

i have a 2001 19tdi and i need to change the lite on my clock how do i get it out and how do i get the heater panel out

I know this is of no help to anyone but i do miss not having the clock in the middle of the dash as on the Gal.

 

On the Ally its in the instrument cluster just under the rev counter which is a great help to other passengers.

the clock pops out with the aid of a small screwdriver as for the heater panel not sure but when you have yours off let me know as mine doesnt lite up.
