si.miller Posted October 24, 2007 Author Report Posted October 24, 2007 The Registration doccument arrived back this morning lol that doesnt seem to be any help what so ever not sure if its right its states the engine no as starting VD and the number is the same as the rest of the vin number Quote
insider Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Yes, that's right. The numerical digits of the engine number will be at the end of the VIN number (unless the engine has been replaced). Quote
AndeeeH Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 The five digits, 14-18 (19 is a constant*) are the Vehicle Sequence No. I know it may be difficult to assume anything with Ford but if this no. was quite low could we assume that it was from near the beginning of the 110 run and not from the longer run of the 90? Andy.
