Head Rest

Having had my 2003 ghia model for just 2 days ( it was immaculate!) Ive managed to tear a rear head rest, so far no luck with scrap dealers and the local main agent want a fortune any ideas?

 

Your gutted and in a large amount of domestic strife

Whats wrong with needle and thread?i did that when i dumped one chair on top of the other, the result was a tear about 2 inches long..out came needle and thread and quite a few small stitches later it could hardly be seen....get the mrs to do it.lol.

Last year I spent an hour or so going round the local breakers yard with a headrest looking for anything with the same pich as the Galaxy so I could butcher them for DVD screens without destroying my orginals.

 

Didnt find a single vehicle that was the same :D

 

Made a point of checking as many Fords and VWs as possible but to no avail.

 

Would definately be interested if someone finds a compatable vehicle, especially one that is commonly found at the scrapyard.
