gio Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 viamichelin.. if you did not know, its a good site for varioys routes you could take.I would surgest not going straight through paris[some routes do say to] tolls varies from 10 euros to almost 30 euros[i am assuming le harve to eurodisney] if you have a sat nav, then check what route it gives you compaired to the routes on via michilin, see if you like it. good luck and have a good time. adrianf. Posted October 26, 2007 Author Report Posted October 26, 2007 Well im back in one piece from Euro Disney. We all had a fab time and the kids thought it was great. It was quite busy but it was half term.Driving through Paris in the rush hour was an experience to say the least. We went in a three car convoy with other family members but only the lead car had any directions so trying to stay together was a joke (very bad planning) but we made it.Coming back through Paris yesterday morning rush hour one of the other cars had a close shave. He changed lanes but didn Quote

adrianf. Posted October 26, 2007 Author Report Posted October 26, 2007 Well to be honest with you i didnt find much difference in price where i happened to notice.I think wifey worked it out on her calculator to be about 91p ish a litre as i can get it at out local Asda for about 95p.So yes it was a bit cheaper but i cant say it was worth messing about with. The small fact that it was bitter cold outside and i didnt want to leave my nice warm heated seat had nothing to do with it you understand. adrianf. Posted October 26, 2007 Author Report Posted October 26, 2007 We didnt go the Calais route, we went from Portsmouth to Caen. The service stations along the A13 were all about 1.20 - 1.25 euros so a bit dearer on that route. Quote
