That the plastic cover on the rear windscreen wiper arm has come off

 

When the water comes out to wash the rear window, instead of going up hill onto the window, it goes straight back and straight into anyone behind me ;)

 

Nearly took the paper boys eye out today, as he was following close behind

 

What do i need to ask for when i go into Frauds,

If it were me..id ask for "the thingy that covers the wotsit on the rear wiper on the bottom .Its plastic but its fell off somewhere.Would you mind coming and having a look to see , so i can identify which part i need to order.? "
