SteveF Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 Hi, Bought my 2003 1.9 Tdi Ghia Galaxy yesterday and while checking whether all the toys worked, I was wondering whether the Sat Nav/Radio can receive the audio from the DVD player as standard or are modifications needed. I have tried changing the Sat Nav/Radio to Aux but to no luck Have searched the forums and some messages are going in a bit deeper than I need to get at the moment. ThanksSteveF Quote
Smilge Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 You'll need one of these Steve http://www.satnavsystems.com/shopexd.asp?id=43 Quote
SteveF Posted October 8, 2007 Author Report Posted October 8, 2007 Thanks for your reply. A bit more than I thought I'd have to pay. I was expecting something like a cable from Maplins. Maybe a Godsend as I'd probably have to listen to Tweenies DVDs. Thanks again!Steve Quote

Thanks again!Steve Steve you could always buy one of them Belkin II Tunecast transmitters and plug it in to one of the headphone outputs and tune the radio into it. I did but soon reverted back to plugging the kids into the headphone method. ..... I hate the Tweenies!!!! ...lol Quote
SteveF Posted October 9, 2007 Author Report Posted October 9, 2007 Good Idea!! I was thinking about one for my MP3 player so it would do the two jobs in one. Steve Quote
