Connect To Laptop?

Hi,

 

I am considering if its worth me purchasing software to diagnose faults on my 1996 Galaxy 2.0 Petrol. I have had a look about in the forums but I still not sure what I need :rolleyes: (just see links to ebay that say need a cable, but I am not sure on what software and where to get it!!!) and what price I should be looking to pay. If anyone can help or point me in right direction it would be great!

Read the instructions as to which lead is suitable with the various versions.

 

NOTE: The software will only "speak" to the VW components ( your engine is a Ford ).
