Reversing Light Switch Replacing

My sister has a 1996 1.9 Galaxy GLX

There is a fault with the lights when selectig reverse the reverse lights flash once and then go out

has anyboby had this fault and what is the fix ?? how easy is it to change the switch.

its the switch,the pin on the selector shaft wears a groove in the switch and makes the gap to big for the pin to fully push home the switch
