Remember the finger of fudge one??..you ask someone thesedays if they want a finger of fudge and you are likely to get a smack in the mush! Quote

adrianf. Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 My local radio station in Bristol (GWR FM) has caught on to the drumming monkey advert. On this mornings breakfast show the crew set up a stunt for most of north Bristol to see.On a roundabout in Filton, which happens to be the main route into Bristol from the M5 in the middle of rush hour they set up a Guy dressed in a monkey siute bashing holly c**p out of a set of drums. The amount of people looking and tooting their horns im amazed there wasnt an accident.Very funny to watch though Quote
mumof4 Posted September 13, 2007 Author Report Posted September 13, 2007 And how many times did you go round the roundabout to get them pics?!   Quote
adrianf. Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 Nah the pics are from GWR web site. But i did get a good look as i went by on foot.Hes now going to play in different parts of Bristol. Quote
fosterman Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 Well done to GWR. I used to listen to said station as I lived in Clevedon for 12 years or so before moving 'back home' to Wigan. Now listen to Rock FM, which seems to run a similar format to GWR, and are renown in this area for various / numerous 'pranks' Quote
adrianf. Posted September 20, 2007 Report Posted September 20, 2007 Yeh its a good station. Spent many a happy hour in Clevedon going around the field on the train with the kids (honest) Quote
