Faulty Flywheel

Hi Guys,

 

I need some help.

Had some common trouble with the starter in a 2.3 auto and it has stripped the teeth of the flywheel,

Does anyone know what flywheel i need and if i can get it from another type of vehicle - i.e scorpio.

I think you need a flywheel from a :rolleyes: 2.3 auto Galaxy. :P

the flywheel is part of the torque convertor on a 2.3 auto ( not long changed mine along with the gearbox)

torque convertors for them are around

Shouldn't have to much problems sorting it out there are 3 of us who work together in a garage and its one of the other chaps' Galaxy that we are trying to sort, but when you have your own Garage overheads being what there are we heared that we might beable to get the unit from another doner and then being a little cheaper, Thanks again
