Smilge Posted August 15, 2007 Report Posted August 15, 2007 No clutch matey...just a torque converter on an automatic. Expensive! Quote
keeffy Posted August 15, 2007 Author Report Posted August 15, 2007 How expensive are we talking about, and is it possible to do it yourself!!! Quote
seatkid Posted August 15, 2007 Report Posted August 15, 2007 What were these "new leads" - is it possible they disturbed the wiring loom to the auto box. I presume the box was perfect until the garage work? Quote
Smilge Posted August 15, 2007 Report Posted August 15, 2007 How expensive are we talking about, and is it possible to do it yourself!!! Anything to do with the auto gearbox is expensive matey, but not having ever owned an automatic, I'm not really the man to speak to. I'm sure once a few have read this you'll get some good advice from members that have had similar problems to yours. Quote
keeffy Posted August 15, 2007 Author Report Posted August 15, 2007 The leads were HT but the frauds wanted to charge me for a complete set when i only required one. Quote
