V6 Gearbox Woes

Hi All does anyone know how to check the oil level on a v6 Gal Autobox R Reg

 

i've been flicking through the forum and have noticed there arent many suckers who own one of these and as haynes havent produced a manual cant suss it out,

 

i've still got a problem with the gearbox labouring to drive and getting the odd jult or clunk when pulling away was hoping it was only oil level low.

 

 

any ideas

Not easy....involves removing the inner of the two piece drain plug. If nothing drips out (at the correct temperature) then its not overfilled, to check its not underfilled you have to top it up through another plug and wait till it starts to drip out through the open drain plug...... :)
