Nige22 Posted September 30, 2007 Report Posted September 30, 2007 Does anyone know where to get replacement ford DVD headrest screens, or at least an cheaper source than the dealership as i would expect them to cost a lot of my hard earned cash. Or there are a lot of cheap and seemingly better units out there, but are they reliable? Ones with loads of games built in etc. Cheers Quote
adrianf. Posted October 1, 2007 Report Posted October 1, 2007 I use the ones on the back of the headreast, tho i must admit im about to go out and buy the third set in as many years.Dont know why as we do look after them and it a different fault each time. Adrian. Quote
Nige22 Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 How much are the screens from a dealer?? Do they come as a complete kit or JUST the screens? Quote
Smilge Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 How much are the screens from a dealer?? Do they come as a complete kit or JUST the screens? You can get the kit Nige ....... mine is what is called the Journey Pack 2. You get an MFD/SATNAV (Ford Radio Nav System) in place of the usual factory head unit and a Visteon 8000M DVD and headrest screens. The DVD fits into a different centre console and is controlled by pointing either one of two remotes at a screen. Would have cost you around Quote
