Recommended Dvd Player

hi can anyone recommend an in car dvd player for my gal as to keep the kids happy on long journeys...

Different peeps have fitted diff ones..if you use search all sorts should pop up for you. :blink:

any...........it will keep the kids quite,ive got the ones you attach to the headrests,others have gone down the route of installing a dvd to the headlining and some lucky peeps have it allready built into there cars,the list is endless,just depends on how deep your pockets are?.

Does anyone know where to get replacement ford DVD headrest screens, or at least an cheaper source than the dealership as i would expect them to cost a lot of my hard earned cash.

 

Or there are a lot of cheap and seemingly better units out there, but are they reliable? Ones with loads of games built in etc.

I use the ones on the back of the headreast, tho i must admit im about to go out and buy the third set in as many years.

Dont know why as we do look after them and it a different fault each time.

You can get the kit Nige ....... mine is what is called the Journey Pack 2. You get an MFD/SATNAV (Ford Radio Nav System) in place of the usual factory head unit and a Visteon 8000M DVD and headrest screens. The DVD fits into a different centre console and is controlled by pointing either one of two remotes at a screen. Would have cost you around
