Anyone Got A Road Angel

I know this may be a bit of a long shot but has onyone got a Road Angel.

I decided to bugger about with mine and some how managed to turn the contrast for the screen down so now i cant see any display apart from the blue background.

Not being able to see a display meens i cant find the menu to change the contrast back again.

Ideally i need to know which buttons to press in which order and how many times (not much eh)

That will teach me to leave it alone.

Any help on this matter please guys & gals.
