bought 2 yesterday,now as i dont know what oil the experts at the garage i bought the car from used :) ?can i actually top up using the halfords stuff ?without causing damage to any thing ?

thats a very good deal,i guess ive missed it.yesterday it was selling for 31 or 32 i think?

 

for a 16 vakve engine(dohc) a thin fully synthetic oil maybe 10 viscosity is great for lkubricating/splashing the twin cams and preventing oil starvation.

 

the main point about the fully sythetic is that it doesnt leave the white sludge deposits that can wreck an engine

 

a very sound investment even at half the price,if you will excuse the pun
