Have you missed any? (Worms)!

With this kind of weather - at least we have water and electricity. I wish all the best to all without the basics.

There are three piles of clothes in the kitchen.

Park - wet/muddy.

House - less muddy

Car/Shopping/days out - clean.

If they want to swap places they swap piles.

Went to McDonalds for lunch today. Wish I hadn't bothered - only because my eldest was stung by a wasp while we were eating inside. All better now.

Anyone else suffring from the critters?

Found a very dried up worm this morning under her bed....was not impressed at having to pick it up and get rid of it!!..used a plaggy bag.

WEll...my youngest and eldest raided my tool box whilst i was mowing the garden, they used the spanners (ones with socket thingies on the other end), threaded onto cable ties as musical instruments!..who needs Blue Peter.LMAO.

My kids are fine but i fell into a ruddy nettle patch round the side of the garden after the dog knocked me flying..it hurts!

WE are having sausages and eggy bread for tea!!..and i aint cooking!lol.

Phew!

Off to Great Yarmouth tomorrow.

Been a bit grey today but dry.

Saturday = Cloudy 21C

Sunday = Sunny 19C

Monday = Sunny 19C

Tuesday = Sunny 18C

How long are you coming for ?

Wednesday nights there is a free firework display on the central beach. Should be a good one this week as it is the last one and last weeks was cancelled due to November like weather and they announced that all the fireworks for that one would be added to this weeks display.

Wow, thanks for the info. We will be staying at Haven seashore for 6 nights.

Yes I have been checking the weather - can only get a 5 day forcast (which takes us to Tuesday)

Kids can't wait for all the candyfloss, rock and penny arcades!

What's the water like? Stayed at Mablethorpe last year - called "Golden Sands". Yeah, sand was clean but the water was like mud.

Should be good. The camp is huge. Havent been on it for about 11 years but they have spent loads of money there.

Was looking VERY grey last Wednesday with some quite big waves but it should have settled down a bit.

There is a large Wind Farm about a mile offshore directly opposite the camp. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scroby_Sands_wind_farm

We stayed at Golden Sands in 2005 and Primrose Bay in 2006. Both years it was the wettest week of August :)

This year we went ot Disneyland Paris. First two days were about 36C and the third day it chucked it down !!!!
