Remote Control

the remote key on the galaxy seems to be very temperamental ive changed the battery's and the led on the key alway's flashes but sometimes it seems to have no range what so ever as in i have to stand with the key touching the door glass,

 

any one else had range issues??

 

 

i'm wondering if a new key will solve the problem but im reluctant to spend

it might be a dry solder in the remote part,had this problem with a remote to a renault laguna.

Yes i had the same problem so i took it appart and soldered all the pins, then i threw it in the bin after a little resiter jumped off and ran away.,

So i bought a new one from ebay.
