Blue Led Dash (again)

Hi

 

I've been looking through the customising section of the site, I came across a mod to change the dash LEDs to blue, unfortunately the pictures have disappeared. could these be reinstaded?

I've tried sending a message to JIMTDI but that option is not available.

 

Has anybody else followed this ?

jimtdi is no longer a member of this forum.

 

I very much doubt that the pictures can be reinstated, as when a member deletes them..they are gone.

recently did a lot of the switches on my mk1, about to do the dash clocks and squeaky belt probs are holding me back , can post some of the switch pics in blue if you need to see how they look

That would be nice, I've started off on a few bits myself, the clock (its a MKII) was easy, and I've also done the window switches in the doors. not tried anything further as yet, I will get round to writing up and posting what I've completed.

hi, i'm interested in changing my dash/console bulbs to blue , is there any soldering invlolved , and of what type /quantity do i need .

by the way my gal is mk11 1.9tdi zetec 2001.

hi mate new to site ive just bought 16 led bulbs of ebay which you use your excisting bulb holders and you just solder them in job done i paid
