jdham Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 Can anyone tell me which relay controls the central locking system? I believe it is in the central junction box on the drivers side i.e the fuse box but can find no information in my Haynes book except to say take it to a Ford garage for analysis. Unfortunately the central locking system is in the locked position and although I can get in the car, I cannot open the fuel cap because of this. Urgent help is needed here as I don't have enough petrol to get to a Ford dealer and cannot open the fuel cap. Thank You Quote
Guest wolfie Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 remove the cover to the jack storage area, look up into the space where the fuel filler neck is and you will see the locking mech/motor for the fuel flap, operate it manually, it's only a pin that sticks into a hole on the flap! Quote
