seatkid Posted July 6, 2007 Report Posted July 6, 2007 Yes, with the ignition off, press and hold the trip reset button, turn the ignition on (dont start the car) still holding the button in until the service indicator goes out (approx 5-10 secs). Quote
archer34 Posted August 30, 2007 Report Posted August 30, 2007 hello i have a ford galaxy lx tdi 2000 1896cc :rolleyes: my service light keeps coming on i have tried about 40 times to get it off and it still comes on im doin what u said pressing the reset button then ignition on for upto 20 seconds no joy is there any other way to do it ive noticed when i do it as i turn ignition on sumtimes it wer saying sevice then others was sayin miles just wondered why it dont say service every time i done it im goin crazy with stupid thing hope someone can help me Quote

tim-spam Posted August 31, 2007 Report Posted August 31, 2007 1. Ensure ignition is switched off. 2. Press and hold the trip meter reset button whilst turning on ignition. 3. Release trip meter reset button. 4. Turn the MINUTE hand of the digital clock to the right. 5. Turn off ignition. Indicator has been set to zero. Quote
