mumof4 Posted June 21, 2007 Author Report Posted June 21, 2007 yup..shes a damn good player aswell..She got picked for the final match between her school and another, which meant that muggins here had to drive her to the match so she could play as no transport was provided! Here she is in action...she had hit the ball with such force that she spun! Crumbs..why are these pics so big????????????? Quote
El Dingo Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 (edited) They're big because they is more pixels. :19: (Having said that, I have an old Olympus 2.5 mega-pixel TTL camera that kicks out 500k pictures on best quality setting.) Who painted the date in bright blue on the grass? (BTW Great to see the kids do some sport!!!! Even if it is cricket...) Edited June 21, 2007 by El Dingo Quote

mumof4 Posted June 22, 2007 Author Report Posted June 22, 2007 Yep.I actually used to get asked that when she was about 4/5 yrs old as her hair used to be platinum blond..its got darker over the years. Quote
Davetheref Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 Maz Only joking about girls playing men's sports. My own daughter is actually at the Arsenal ladies football academy (not bad considering we are all Spurs supporters) and she is a very good player. Always been very sporty and can hold her own if she plays football with the boys. Quote
Bigjeeze Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 I had some fun with my camera - The on board battery failed so I kept losing all the settings - I coudln't find the battery so went hunting on the web. I found out that there is a small capacitor/battery available and that you can repair it yourself. I went on a US site got pics of how to do it but then couldn't find the part!!. I eventually found one in the US in Minnesota. I ordered it on Monday - it cost Quote
