Guest SA Intruder Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 Later models - disconnect battery -wait 10 minutes. Remove airbag and then steering wheel, then top and bottom cowls. Two screws then accessible underneath instruments - remove and pull cluster forwards - disconnect looms. Strongly suggest you get some form of manual - or help from someone "in the know" unless you feel competent and have handled airbags etc before, and understand torque settings and steering wheel alignment etc. Clearly, there are safety implications here and you must take extreme care.
